You can reset and change your password in the login screen here. Enter your email address in the lost password section and press "Reset Password". You will receive an email with instructions and a link to reset your password.

If your account expires, upon login, you will be prompted to renew your account. Several account extension options are available for students who need more time.

Subscriptions cannot be paused or suspended for any reason. They run continuously, and start immediately on the day of your purchase.

Your account automatically expires at the end of your subscription. There is no need to cancel as your subscription does not auto renew. You may purchase an account extension once your account has expired.

If you have a payment plan, it cannot be canceled after 3 days, unless the Success Guarantee applies.
